My love of design

I remember as a little girl, I loved to draw and I spent many hours happily drawing and colouring.
I looked at textas, crayons, coloured pencils (and derwents) with glee.
I'd draw on fresh white paper, old computer paper, on the backs of scrap paper, in notebooks...
I remember when I was 10, my uncle gave me an art book for Christmas - it came with coloured pencils and taught how to sketch... (I still have it)

As I grew up, I got into (among many interests) writing computer programs (by accident!), web designing, jewellery making, knitting, t-shirt designing...
And I guess a common theme among these interests was that it allowed me to design and create.

So this site is mainly focused on design in some form - whether it be art, graphic design, web design, software design (for the IT "geek" in me)...
I don't label myself as an expert, but I love to design and create.
